Christy and Ben combined again to frame this Irish masterpiece.

Christy mounted, spaced and prepared the pictures, rugby boots and shirt ready for Ben to frame.

The shirt shape was programmed into a CAD (Computer Aided Design) system, then cut using the computerised mount cutter.

We’re looking forward to the Regional Framing Award organised by the Fine Art Trade Guild at the end of this month.

This a competition for all framers in the North West. It will be judged by Branch members and others, at the next Branch Event on 24 April 2008.

Christy stretched and mounted this golf shirt, and cut out an aperture for the photo, and the pink ribbon shape, adding a pale pink mount card to show through the gap.

Ben then framed the set in a black deep rebate moulding.

This was for a charity auction which raised a lot of money for the pink ribbon appeal.
